The shootout started at the apartment complex at 11:30 p.m. One group of teenagers were in a vehicle, the other group of teens were on foot. The teens began shooting at each other. Jahzir and another person were shot. Jahzir died at the hospital, the other victim received treatment at the hospital and survived.
