Reginald Harrison, 22, was arrested on December 18, 2024 charged with murdering Nasir Boyd, 20, in Charlotte, NC. Charlotte Alerts is on Instagram. Nasir was a local rapper in Charlotte.
Nasir was murdered on March 14, 2024 at an apartment complex on Tanager Park Dr. Reginald and Nasir were in a vehicle together, according to police.
Nasir was still alive and tried driving to the hospital, but he crashed out within seconds. EMS were called to the scene. Resuscitation efforts were made, but Nasir died on scene. Click here to see more rapper homicides.
Police found cell phones and marijuana scattered in the vehicle and outside the car. A latent finger prints analysis was made on Nasir’s vehicle and the findings showed that Reginald’s finger prints were identified on the rear passenger door.
Cops arrested Reginald on December 18, 2024 charging him with murder, assault with deadly weapon, and firearm by felon.
