Spencer Gripp lost grip of his motorcycle after he was ejected during a collision with an SUV

On August 24, 2024 Spencer Gripp, 28, was killed in a motorcycle crash on Parkwood Ave. Charlotte, NC. Spencer Gripp lost grip of his motorcycle after he was ejected during a collision with an SUV.

The collision occurred at 3:00 p.m., Spencer was traveling on Parkwood Avenue. The front of Spencer’s motorcycle hit the rear of a Nissan SUV. The impact knocked Spencer off the motorcycle, ejecting him.

Spencer landed on the hard hot asphalt, he died immediately. The Nissan had damage. No charges are expected on the driver of the SUV, who only had minor injuries. See more motorcycle deaths here.
Spencer had just graduate from CPCC in 2021, he majored in mechanical engineering, with a specialty in motorcycles.
