14-year-old Kyrin Parker was shot and killed on March 15, 2022 Charlotte, NC. Kyrin was an 8th grade black male student at Randolph Middle School. A 13-year-old male was also shot in the same shooting, but he survived.
Emergency medics arrived and attempted life saving measures on the boys. Both victims were rushed to the hospital. But Kyrin was pronounced deceased a short time later. The second victim is being treated for non life threatening injuries.
Investigators found several gun fire shell casings on the scene.
