Donte Jones, 18, is the third person charged with the murder of 18-year-old Jan Mario Ramirez Andino. Donte was arrested on March 16, 2022 in Charlotte, NC. Ka’ron Commander, 19, and Cameron Hargrove, 18, were arrested on January 13, 2022 charged with the same murder.
Jan Andino was murdered on December 23, 2021 on Deergreen Lane Charlotte, NC.
Shortly after 6:00 a.m. Jan Andino was shot and killed inside of an apartment. He was pronounced deceased on scene. On January 13, 2022 Cameron and Ka’ron were arrested, charged with Andino’s murder.
The suspects were questioned in interrogation rooms, and alleged evidence eventually led to the March 16th arrest of Donte. Now, all 3 suspects are charged with murder and robbery related charges.
Donte was already in jail custody on unrelated charges.
