Charles Frazier, 67, was killed in a vehicular crash on March 11, 2024 in Charlotte, NC.
The fatal collision was on Albemarle Road near the Farm Pond Lane intersection. At 9:15 p.m. Charles was walking, crossing the street when a vehicle hit him.
Charles was knocked to the ground unresponsive. The driver remained on scene.
EMS transported Charles to Atrium Health Main Hospital where he was pronounced deceased. No charges are expected to be filed against the driver because Charles was not in a marked crosswalk, according to police.
