Gunshots rang out at an apartment complex resulting in a homicide on March 14, 2024. The homicide was at the Ivy Hollow apartments on Tanager Park Drive Charlotte, NC.
At 2 p.m. the victim was shot in the parking lot of the complex. The victim was found shot in a car. Paramedics took the victim to the hospital with life threatening injuries, but the victim died at the hospital.
The nearby Charlotte Mecklenburg Academy was placed on lock down for a few minutes while police conducted their investigation. No arrests have been made.
