The employee was struck by hot grease from the basket which caused 2nd degree burns on the female employee’s arm.

Faith is accused of then leaving the McDonald’s. 911 was called and the female victim was transported to Novant Presbyterian Hospital via ambulance, she had serious injuries and was hospitalized for days.
Faith was arrested on September 19, 2024 charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.
