Safiyah Lotfi, 20, was arrested on September 22, 2024 in Charlotte, NC accused of assaulting her sister Amira by allegedly hitting and scratching her in the face and neck.
The assault occurred on September 22nd. Safiyah and Amira had got into an argument over money and a messy room. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
A woman got into a fight with her family at a Shell gas station
Amira told Safiyah to clean up a dirty room in the house they were living in. Amira also confronted Safiyah over money that Safiyah allegedly owed her. Amira then put coffee mugs on the suspect’s bed.
Sisters Jahniya and Armani got into a fight with each other in west Charlotte twice
Safiyah is then accused of throwing the coffee mugs at Amira striking her in the head. Amira was then punched and scratched several times on the neck and in the face.
The mother of the sisters saw the altercation. Police were called and Safiyah was arrested charged with simple assault.
