Murder charges against James Ratliff, 27, were dropped by prosecutors. James was accused of murdering Tayzhah Bush, 20, on Fairwood Avenue Charlotte, NC.
Medic transported one of the victims to the hospital and pronounced Tayzhah deceased on scene.During the investigation, detectives identified James as a suspect. Hours after the homicide, James was arrested charged with murder.
Over 3 years later in November 2021 the murder charge against James was dismissed by prosecutors in Mecklenburg County. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
The District Attorney’s Office will not retry the case. There was no plea agreement made.
