The weather was in the 30’s and it was raining when Brayan was driving a car and lost control, driving off the road and into a tree. Brayan was latino. A latino pastor was killed in a crash in the rain also in Charlotte.
Brayan died on scene. The crash was at t 2:15 p.m. This was a single vehicle crash. Traffic on Central Ave was backed up due to the crash.
