Recent autopsy findings show that Darius Mckinney, 29, died from fluorofentanyl and cocaine toxicity in Charlotte, NC. Fluorofentanyl is 5 times stronger than regular fentanyl.

Darius died on July 24, 2023. Darius leaves behind a loving family.

Darius was found dead on the couch of a residence at a female friend’s house. 911 was called, paramedics used ECG and defibrillator pads to try saving his life.

An after death exam revealed pulmonary edema and cardiomegaly in his body.

THC, cocaine, and fluorofentanyl were found in the blood stream of Darius. Darius had multiple tattoos. Drug cartels are now making a drug called fluorofentanyl, it is 5 times stronger than regular fentanyl and is more deadly and potent.

His official cause of death was cocaine and fentanyl toxicity.
