Terry Johnson, 44, was arrested on May 9, 2025 accused of murdering Jahquell Villegas, 29. The victim was murdered on May 8, 2025 at the Shell gas station on West Sugar Creek Charlotte, NC.
At 5:30 a.m. Jahquell was in the parking lot of the Shell gas station. He was in a vehicle with his girlfriend when someone shot him in the face.
Jahquell was able to be driven to a local hospital where he died. Terry was later arrested charged with murder.
