Carlos Stanley Garcia Ramos, 23, was murdered in a shooting on August 10, 2024 Arlington Church Road Charlotte, NC.
On August 10th at 4:20 p.m., officers responded to a 911 dispatch for an unresponsive male laying in the road.
Sherodd Graves, 29, was found on a road dead also in Charlotte
Cops arrived and saw Carlos on the street with an apparent gunshot wound. Carlos was pronounced deceased on scene.
There are no leads right to any suspects.
