A little girl felt internal burning for weeks after allegedly being sexually assaulted, her mom told her not to tell anyone in fear of being deported, BAD MOMMY ALERT!!
Mario Carrillo, 28, was arrested on May 22, 2025 accused of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl at a cheap trailer home in Charlotte, NC on Walkers Cove Trail. Mario was the girl’s stepfather. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
In 2021 the juvenile victim disclosed to teachers at her school that Mario allegedly sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions. A DSS referral was completed and a social worker and police came to the school.
The victim told a social worker that she was touched sexually inside her clothes during the summer of 2019 allegedly by her stepfather. Fingers were used during the alleged encounters, and it hurt the girl’s private areas, the girl moved back in pain and the suspect stopped, court documents say.
The girl told her mother and her mother told her not to tell anyone. Detectives interviewed the girl’s mother, the mom confirmed that in February of 2020 her daughter admitted to being sexually assaulted.
The mother advised that she did not take her daughter to the hospital or call the police. The mom was scared that Mario would be deported and lose his construction job.
By the way, after Mario’s 2025 arrest, an active ICE detainer was placed on him.
Mario was interviewed by cops in 2021 and took a polygraph examination with the United States Secret Service. The case was made inactive in 2021, the results of the polygraph test are unknown.
The girl said that Mario used his tongue on her mid section private part, the girl recalled that his tongue was moving a lot over the area. Sexual crimes involving juveniles are steadily rising in Charlotte.
The girl also told police that Mario had used his private part to engage in intercourse with the girl. The victim felt forceful ripping internally. The girl stated that after this incident, she burned really badly in her private areas for 2 weeks.
Court records allege there were several times when she was forced to use her mouth on the suspect’s private areas. She recalled that she would gag a lot during those incidents and she did not like doing that.
In May 2025 Mario was arrested charged with indecent liberties with child and statutory rape.
