A male victim identified as Demetrius Allen was murdered in a violent double shooting on October 5, 2024 at the East Side Flats apartments located at Trousdale Drive Charlotte, NC. The East Side Flats apartments were just built within the last few months and are low income affordable housing.
2 people were shot and Demetrius was killed, in the parking lot of the apartments at 11:30 p.m. Another male victim was murdered within 48 hours of this homicide.
