Dan died on the scene. It is not believed anyone pushed Dan from the building, and no foul play is suspected at the moment, but the investigation is ongoing.

The Occupational Safety and Health Division released this statement:

“The OSHA division was notified by CMPD this afternoon of an accident at that location.”

An OSHA compliance officer has been assigned to begin investigating the death.

Wooden Robot Brewery is a multi barrel farm style brewery.
