CHARLOTTE ALERTS ENDORSES RICKY ROBBINS FOR SHERIFF OF MECKLENBURG COUNTY

Charlotte Alerts endorses Ricky Robbins as sheriff of Mecklenburg County. Ricky Robbins is intelligent and the most well spoken out of all the candidates. In all of the debates Ricky Robbins has made great points and proved that he is the man for the job. The Black Political Caucus sent voters brochures in the mail with Mcfadden’s picture on it as a voting candidate. Current Sheriff Garry Mcfadden is a terrible sheriff who shows extensive racism on the job. Garry Mcfadden called his own white employees ‘white crackers’ and then called his black employee a nigger, all on audio recording.

And then during a senate hearing Garry’s response to why he called employees racial slurs was because he was “upset.” For the record it is a very irrational way of thinking if you use racial slurs just because you get upset in a professional setting.

Mcfadden also refused to ever promote that white employee on that same audio recording that he called a white cracker. That is very well a civil rights lawsuit waiting to happen, you can’t do that or say that.

Garry Mcfadden spoke horribly during recent debates and senate hearings. Garry Mcfadden mispronounced simple words like frustrated, and had very poor grammar of basic sentences. Garry Mcfadden’s poor speaking and grammar was even worse in a state senate hearing. He even embarrassed himself and Mecklenburg County when he admitted that he did not know what the 3 branches of government were.

Garry Mcfadden is so bad of a sheriff that even state officials and jail employees on his executive command staff filed a court order to have him removed from office of sheriff. Even Mcfadden’s divine 9 sorority fraternity sister Angelia Riggsbee is suing him due to wrongful termination and toxic work place.

A chief deputy at the sheriff’s office even resigned after a few months on the job claiming Garry Mcfadden created a toxic work environment.

Violence and deaths at the Mecklenburg County Jail have sky rocketed under Garry Mcfadden’s horrendous leadership.

Even the state Fraternal Order of Police have pointed out Garry Mcfadden’s bad leadership. An astronomical amount of jail deaths have occurred while Mcfadden has been sheriff, more than any other sheriff in Mecklenburg County.

Antwain Nance is running for the office of sheriff, he lacks major experience and has not proven that he can win the election and be effective. Antwain only worked for 2 years in the sheriff’s office for Meck County.

Rodney Collins is running for sheriff, he has not been convincing enough that he is the candidate to win from what we have seen. He served under Mcfadden for years and then retired. The sheriff’s department is so bad off right now, that the county needs to see more change in the office than just Mcfadden’s second in command.

Ricky Robbins served as a cop and sergeant in Charlotte for over 20 years. He also was immediate security during NFL Carolina Panthers games for the head coaches and staff. Ricky embodies extreme humility and works with poise.

Ricky Robbins will take the Mecklenburg County Sheriff’s Office and Mecklenburg county in the right direction.
