Ever got into a dispute with Jennyffer who is the mother of his daughter. Ever is accused of being armed with a gun and threatening Jennyffer over not being able to see his young daughter. Ever is also accused of breaking a glass table that belonged to Jennyffer.
Jennyffer and Ever are having child custody issues with the little girl. Ever was arrested charged with communicating threats and damage to property.
