A suspect got in an fight with a pregnant woman, the baby was killed
On November 6, 2025 Arnold Noe Santos Deras, 21, was arrested accused of assaulting a pregnant woman and killing her unborn baby. The assault was at a home on Farmhurst Drive Charlotte, NC.
On Nov. 2, 2025 officers responded to a domestic assault call on Farmhurst Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered a pregnant female victim who stated she had been physically assaulted by her boyfriend Arnold.
The victim declined to be transported to the hospital. Officers obtained warrants for Arnold for assault on female and domestic violence. Click here to see more pregnant article news.
On Nov. 3rd the Mecklenburg County Medical Examiner notified police that the female victim had received medical treatment at a local hospital, where she had given birth to a 15-week-old stillborn fetus. The baby was born dead.
On November 6, 2025 Arnold turned himself in and was charged with, assault by strangulation and murder of an unborn child.
