A HOMICIDE OCCURRED OVERNIGHT, 4 MURDERS IN A WEEK

On July 29, 2024 a murder transpired on Shadow Elm Drive Charlotte, NC.

At 1:54 a.m., officers responded to a stabbing assault dispatch. A male victim was found in pools of blood with apparent stab wounds.

The victim was pronounced deceased on scene.

This is the 4th homicide this week.

Elijah Wright, 21, was murdered on July 22, 2024

Bryan Johnson, 38, was shot and killed during a homicide on July 26, 2024.
