Jh’ane McMillan, 25, was found guilty by a jury on July 26, 2024 in Charlotte, NC for shooting at another female.

In 2022 Jh’ane shot a handgun into a Jeep SUV on Preservation Lane in Charlotte.
The Jeep was actually occupied by a woman during the shooting. The victim was not shot. Jh’ane was later arrested charged with discharge weapon into occupied property.
At her July 2024 trial a jury convicted Jh’ane on discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle.
At the sentencing hearing, prosecutors sought an active prison sentence. Judge Grant imposed a suspended prison sentence of 23-40 months, on the condition that Jh’ane successfully complete 36 months of supervised probation.
