On December 1, 2024 two men were killed in a double murder at 8:40 a.m. the victims are Shamarion Hooker, 20, and Skylar Mackey, 21. The shooting was in Salisbury, NC.
One of the men was driving in a vehicle with another occupant. The other victim was in the yard of a residence. A shooting then began. Charlotte Alerts is on Instagram.
Both men were shot and killed. The vehicle one of the men was driving crashed into a tree, the second occupant ran from the scene and was not shot.
The surviving occupant was detained but not arrested.
