A store employee shot two armed robbery suspects on December 3, 2024 at Sam’s Meat Market in New Orleans, Louisiana. One of the suspects were killed.
2 teenagers entered the business at 7:49 p.m. pointing guns at the employees. One of the teens goes to the main register and takes cash along with cell phones from the display.
The teen turns his back and the employee pulls out a gun and begins firing at both suspects.
Both suspects were hit, one goes to the ground, the other is shot but runs away. The employee then shoots the suspect 2 more times while he is on the ground.
The teen suspect died on scene in the store. The other suspect was arrested and treated at the hospital.
