A man was foaming from mouth during arrest, he was either eating powder doughnuts or doing something else
Decorean Grissom, 34, was arrested on November 13, 2025 in Charlotte, NC accused of violating his probation. Decorean is seen foaming at the mouth in his arrest photo. The suspect was on probation for shooting at a man. Decorean’s highest level of education is a GED.
In July 2023 Decorean shot at a victim on 5724 East W.T. Harris Blvd. in Charlotte. The victim shot back and Decorean was shot also. Charlotte Alerts is on Instagram.
Decorean later pled guilty to the reduced charges of assault with deadly weapon and discharging weapon into occupied property. He was sentenced to serve two consecutive sentences of 25-42 months in prison. Those sentences were suspended in exchange for 36 months of supervised probation.
Decorean violated his probation in 2025 by testing positive for cocaine and marijuana, he also failed to report to his probation officer in person. Hence we was arrested on November 13, 2025 with white foam around his mouth for the probation violations.
Also on October 8, 2025, Decorean is accused of stealing a woman’s E-Bike on Downs Ave. Charlotte, NC. Decorean is then accused of trying to sell the E-Bike on Facebook Market Place for a quick $800.
The woman saw the listing on Facebook and set up a fake sale, she also notified cops. The lady arrived to a agreed upon location to buy the bike from Decorean.
Police were there too and then arrested Decorean charging him with theft. The E-bike was really valued at $2,000.
