Mommy died from fentanyl drug overdose, had Oxycodone in her system too
Adrienne Thomas, 42, died from a fentanyl overdose on April 7, 2025 in Charlotte, NC. Adrienne leaves behind 3 children. Charlotte Alerts is on Instagram.
Adrienne was found dead at home. Toxicology tests revealed that Adrienne had lethal amounts of fentanyl in her blood stream. Adrienne also had Oxycodone in her body. Fentanyl deaths is the leading cause of overdoses in America.
Adrienne’s cause of death was fentanyl toxicity. Adrienne went to Garinger High School, but eventually earned a GED instead of a diploma.
