Lamont Parham is charged with the murder of 25-year-old De’sha Franklin. Lamont was arrested on August 23, 2021.
De’sha was killed on August 8, 2021 during a shooting on South Johnson Street Monroe, NC.
Weeks upon the murder, warrants were obtained for Lamont and he was arrested at a relative’s home.
Lamont is charged with 1st degree murder, possession of a firearm by a felon, and discharge a firearm inside the city limits. Lamont is currently being held with no bond.
De’sha was a mother with young kids.
