On August 8, 2021 De’sha Franklin, 25, was shot and killed on South Johnson Street Monroe, NC.
De’sha was shot at 8 a.m. and then rushed to a hospital. Her gunshot wounds were so severe that she had to be airlifted to a hospital in Charlotte, NC.
De’sha later died at the hospital. De’sha was a mother and hair stylist.
12-year-old Loyalti Allah lost her life in a drive-by shooting less than a mile away in Monroe also.
