Like a scene straight out of a 007 private eye movie, a suspect is caught on video murdering the CEO of United Healthcare Brian Thompson, 50, on December 4, 2024 in Manhattan, New York at 6:45 a.m. right outside the New York Hilton hotel. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Brian was on the way to a United Health Group’s investor conference. A masked assailant is seen on video with a back pack walking behind the CEO and firing several shots with a long pistol equipped with a silencer on it.
Brian falls to the ground and died on scene. The suspect fled on foot and has not been caught.
Brain has been working for United Health Group Inc for 20 years, and he has been the CEO since 2021. The company provides health coverage to over 49 million Americans.
Brian made $10.2 million a year. Brian leaves behind a wife and two teenage children.
