Many alcoholic drinks are served on Thanksgiving, but Anny is accused of taking it too far, DWI with her kids in car
Anny Cruz Arriola, 23, was arrested on Thanksgiving day November 28, 2024 in Charlotte, NC accused of DWI while 2 kids were in the car. Charlotte Alerts is on Instagram.
After eating Thanksgiving dinner with family and friends Anny was driving on Woodlawn Road swerving between lanes while her 4-year-old son and another 6-year-old girl were in the car.
A cop pulled Anny over in a traffic stop. Anny allegedly had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath and her eyes were blood shot.
Anny stated she had two shots, cops say. Standard field sobriety tests were conducted and Anny did not do well on them.
Anny’s blood alcohol content was reported to be .16 and .15. Prosecutors say Anny did not have a driver’s license.
Anny was arrested and charged with DWI, child abuse, and no license.
