TEENAGER MURDERED IN UPTOWN CHARLOTTE, WAS FOOTBALL PLAYER

Kaleb Hagins, 19, was shot and killed in center city Charlotte, NC on East Trade Street. Kaleb was murdered on June 24, 2022.

Kaleb was murdered at 9 p.m. an altercation took place and Kaleb along with another man were shot. Kaleb died on the scene. The other victim was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries.

The City LYNX Gold Line stopped operating due to the massive crowd and police presence from the murder and the protests.

Thousands of people were in downtown Charlotte protesting the June 24, 2022 decision of the United States Supreme Court to overturn Roe vs. Wade.

Kaleb was an avid football player and athlete. No arrests have been made.
