36-year-old Jeanetta Porterfield was arrested on December 17, 2024 accused of DWI in Charlotte, NC. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Jeanetta was driving a BMW vehicle on Ballantyne Commons Parkway when she was involved in a small accident.
Cops were called to the scene and they allegedly witnessed a strong odor of alcohol coming from Jeanetta’s body.
Jeanetta was ordered by police to perform standard field sobriety tests. Cops say she did bad on the sobriety tests.
The tests consisted of the horizontal gaze nystagmus, walk and turn, and one leg stand.
Cops say they observed 4 indicators of DWI during the tests. Jeanetta was not willing to complete the one leg stand test, according to police.
Jeanetta was arrested charged with DWI. Her husband Anthony Hutchinson was alerted to the incident.
