A homeless male in the Wendy’s was asking for free food. The manager gave the male a cup for water, but the male used it to get soda instead.
Malayzia was irate and went to her car to grab her gun. Malayzia entered the store with the gun and chased the homeless man out of the store. Click here to see more restaurant shootings.
In the Wendy’s parking lot, Malayzia allegedly began shooting at the homeless male firing 3 rounds. Malayzia missed and stray bullets hit a innocent latino man in the head identified as Alejandro Ramirez Santos, 30. Even a Facebook post shows a Wendy’s employee shot at customers.
Alejandro was taken to the hospital in critical condition, he is expected to recover. Alejandro can now sue Wendy’s for big money, being that he was shot by their employee.
Malayzia was arrested on the scene charged with assault with deadly weapon intent to kill. Wendy’s happens to make the news a lot.
