A murder transpired at the Shell gas station on West Sugar Creek. The suspect pled guilty
In September 2026 Terry Johnson, 45, pled guilty to killing Jahquell Villegas, 29. The deadly shooting was on West Sugar Creek at the Shell gas station.
The victim was murdered on May 8, 2025. At 5:30 a.m. Jahquell was in the parking lot of the Shell gas station. He was in a vehicle with his girlfriend when someone shot him in the face.
Jahquell was able to be driven to a local hospital where he died. Terry was later arrested charged with murder. In September 2026 Terry pled guilty to voluntary manslaughter and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
The judge sentenced him to 182-231 months in prison.
