VIDEO: COPS GET SUED AFTER FEMALE BOJANGLES EMPLOYEE GETS NAKED DURING FALSE ARREST, SMOKING THCA VAPE

In July 2026 Anthony Lee and Christina Pierre sued the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department in Charlotte, NC federal court alleging false arrest and civil rights violations. Christina works for Bojangles restaurant and is seen on video stripping naked in a police interrogation room in her work uniform.

The lawsuit stems from in November 2023 when Christina and Anthony were falsely arrested accused of smoking weed at a bus stop, but they were smoking legal hemp or THCA.

Christina and Anthony are married, and they both worked at the Bojangles on South Tryon Street. Bojangles makes the news a lot. The married couple had just got off of work and were sitting at a bus stop smoking THCA hemp that they purchased from the Vape Tobacco shop.

THCA and hemp are legal, they smell just like marijuana and have the same ingredients THC. The Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) already had a policy in place that do not allow cops to approach someone just for the smell or appearance of marijuana alone.

But CMPD cops Vincent Pistone and others unlawfully approached Christina and Anthony anyway due to the smell of marijuana. The cops told Christina and Anthony that they smell marijuana.

Christina and Anthony then told police on scene that they were smoking THCA and it was bought from the smoke shop. Cops did not listen and then tried to arrest Christina and Anthony.

Christina is seen putting her hands out in defense to try to curtail the matter, in doing so she inadvertently hit a cop, she was thrown down to the ground and punched by Officer Vincent Pistone.

Cops on scene also had their knees on Christina’s neck. Anthony was thrown down to the ground too. A crowd gathered and people were shouting at police to stop. Christina and Anthony were arrested, as their 4th amendment rights against illegal search and seizure were violated by menacing stupid police officers.

Anthony was charged with carrying a concealed firearm, resist/delay/obstruct and simple possession of marijuana. His wife Christina was arrested and charged with assault on a government official, resist/delay/obstruct, and simple possession of marijuana.

Christina is visibly shaken and crying in the police car due to the harassing incident of police brutality and constitutional violations. Once in the interrogation room, Christina is seen stripping naked in front of police while she is crying and angry.

Vincent Pistone was later suspended for 40 hours without pay, but before that the police chief stupidly defended the officer’s illegal unconstitutional actions. All charges against Anthony and Christina were dropped.

So in July 2026 Christina and Anthony filed a civil rights lawsuit on the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department claiming officers unlawfully arrested them and used excessive force, while also violating their constitutional rights and civil rights.
