Shemar Hayes, 23, was murdered on Red Hickory Lane Charlotte, NC on March 12, 2024. Shemar was a football player that went on to play in college. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Shortly after 12:00 p.m., officers responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call for help.
No arrests have been made.
Shemar attended Rocky River High School and graduated in 2019. He played wide receiver and earned a scholarship to Louisburg College on March 22, 2019.
Shemar played in college for a few years. Ironically Shemar’s funeral was on March 22, 2024.
