The general manager at a strip club got jacked, the security guard got shot all while song “I’m in love with a stripper” was playing. Remember the Player’s Club movie?
Lloyd Graham, 38, was arrested on November 19, 2025 accused of shooting a security guard at Gold Club Strip Club located on 5624 Old Pineville Road Charlotte, NC. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

The shooting was on November 16, 2025, a fight occurred at the Gold Club. Cops were called. The general manager Darin was also on scene and advised that he was involved in the altercation. Strip Clubs always make the news.
Lloyd and his friend were at the Gold Club and were allegedly involved in a fight with patrons. Management told the suspects to leave due to the disturbance.

Once outside the business, Lloyd and the other man refused to leave. Lloyd is accused of instigating altercations with other customers and even allegedly hit an unidentified customer in the face, while also allegedly punching Darin the general manager of the Gold Club in the face.

The security guard identified as Kevin put Lloyd in a headlock to stop him from fighting. The other suspect presented a firearm and put it to the security guard’s head, stating “let my cousin go.”

The guard released Lloyd and in the process the guard’s gun fell to the ground. The second suspect immediately picked up the guard’s gun and shot at the guard’s feet.
The fired shot hit the security guard’s shoes and then ricocheted to his leg. At this time, the general manager of the Gold Club went to his car to retrieve a gun.
The suspects followed him while stating “don’t go over there.” Upon approaching Darin, the suspects are accused of pointing a firearm at the Gold Club general manager and stated “empty your
pockets homey.”
The suspects are accused of taking the manager’s keys and wallet. The suspects fled the scene. Lloyd was arrested days later charged with robbery, simple assault, and conspiracy. The second suspect has not been arrested or found yet.
