A murder in a wealthy area of Charlotte left a rich woman dead, 2nd murder today
On October 13, 2025 a woman was shot and killed in a homicide on Barclay Downs Drive Charlotte, NC in the parking deck of the Hazel South Park Apartments. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
The woman was shot dead at 7 a.m. in the parking deck. Other residents at Hazel South Park Apartments tried to save the woman’s life, but she died on scene.
No arrests have been made. This is the second murder in 24 hours in Charlotte. 12 hours earlier a man named Joelle was murdered at a Wing Stop restaurant in West Charlotte.
