Angel’s father was renovating a lake house when Angel disappeared. Angel was last seen entering Lake Norman with a raft.
Angel then flipped upside down by the waves. Angel tried to stay a float, but an under current pulled him under and he drowned.
911 was called and a search was conducted utilizing drones and lake patrol boat units. Angel was finally found under a boating dock dead. It appears that after he drowned, the current swayed Angel’s dead body under the dock.
Lake Norman has had many deaths via drowning.
