SUSPECT ARRESTED ACCUSED OF MURDERING MAN ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND

Jose Francisco Ulloa-Martinez, 42, was arrested on June 23, 2024 charged with the murder of 23-year-old Kevin Merlos in Charlotte, NC. See here the many Memorial Day weekend murders in Charlotte.

Kevin was murdered on Memorial Day weekend on May 26, 2024. Kevin was at apartments on Winged Elm Court Charlotte, NC. Around 5 a.m. Kevin was shot and killed at the apartments. 

Kevin’s mom and son are in El Salvador waiting for his body to return, Kevin was from El Salvador.

Jose was arrested in Houston, Texas days after the murder. Jose was extradited back to Charlotte and arrested on June 23rd charged with Kevin’s murder. Charlotte Alerts is on Instagram.
