Cocaine is a hell of a drug, Judge Viser’s life has spiraled out of control, the troubles of life are seen on his mouth
Judge Casey Viser, 53, was arrested for the second time in a month stemming from his cocaine arrest run in. The judge’s real name is Charles Malcom Viser. He was arrested on May 27, 2025 after he didn’t come to his court date. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Judge Viser was originally arrested in April 2025 on cocaine possession while driving his Mercedes Benz at a 7-Eleven store. The judge is accused of having cocaine on him during a traffic stop.
Cops say they found a jar containing cocaine in the Mercedes Benz. Judge Viser was charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
However, the judge was given a court date to appear, but Judge Viser skipped out on court and was deemed a no show. Therefore a warrant for his arrest was issued.
Judge Viser was then arrested again on his birthday in May 2025. In his second arrest photo, Judge Viser clearly has suspect red marks around his mouth. Viser is a republican judge appointed by Governor Pat McCrory in 2013 and 2015.
Judge Viser quit being a judge in 2022 and worked as an attorney in private practice making $200,000 a year. Judge Viser was married with kids, but he got a divorce years ago. Click here to see more articles of judges getting arrested.
