Extension cords hurt like hell. The victim was running around the woods naked
Porsha Mack, 34, is accused of beating her 8-year-old child with an extension cord while the kid had no clothes on in Charlotte, NC. Porsha was arrested on April 29, 2025.
The child had hit someone in school and got suspended. When the child got home, Porsha punished him for the behavior and is accused of beating him with an extension cord while he was without clothes.
The kid yelled at Porsha and saying, “I hate living with you” Porsha says the kid grabbed her and made her fall.
The child then ran out of the house with no clothes on and into the woods. The child had bruises and whelps on his body. The child was gone for over an hour naked in the woods, and Porsha did not call the cops or look for the child in that time frame.
The child then went to a random house naked and asked an unknown adult for help. The child was crying and shaking. Thankfully the man was not a sexual predator or sex offender. The random adult gave the kid some over grown clothes and he called 911.
The child asked if he could live with the man.
Emergency workers responded to the scene and Porsha said her son has a history of aggression and may be schizophrenic. Police saw the marks on the child’s body and arrested Porsha charging her with felony child abuse.
