VIDEO: CHARLOTTE TEENAGER MURDERED IN VEHICLE, 2 TEENS ARRESTED

Zackay Rieken, 18, is the teenager that was murdered on October 25, 2024 outside of a home on James Blakeney Ave. Charlotte, NC. Smajie Sanjie Johnson, 18, and a 17-year-old were charged with Zackay’s homicide. Join Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.

Around 12 midnight Zackay was in a vehicle outside of a house, several people were around the car. Shots were then fired at the victim. Zackay was hit and lost control of the vehicle, the car veered right and into a fence.

The suspects are seen running to a vehicle and speeding off. Zackay died on scene. A few days later a 17-year-old was arrested charged with the murder of Zackay. 

On November 1, 2024 Smajie was arrested also, charged with Zackay’s murder.
