A crack head just over dosed at McDonald’s on West Sugar Creek. The area is a dump and high crime
On November 2, 2025 a female victim overdosed at the Mcdonald’s located at the intersection of West Sugar Creek and Reagan Dr. Charlotte, NC.

At noon the woman was using cocaine laced with fentanyl. The woman was smoking the crack cocaine in broad daylight with no shame in the Mcdonald’s parking lot. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
After one hit of the cocaine, the woman passed out and fell to the ground. Her drug using friends tried to help her and gave her Narcan, but it didn’t work.
Paramedics and police were called to the scene. The woman was placed in an ambulance and taken to the hospital. It is not known yet if the woman is dead.
A woman died from a overdose at the Cookout on West Sugar Creek from fentanyl, she was found dead in a car. The Economy Inn near West Sugar Creek was knocked down, many crack cocaine arrests were made there.
