Video: A 75 year old woman was killed while getting in physical altercation with employee at Tim Horton’s Coffee Shop
Anita Ann Grayson, 75, was killed at a Tim Horton’s Coffee restaurant in Fort Wayne, Indiana on May 13, 2026. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Anita was in the drive thru line when there was an issue with her food. Anita came inside the restaurant and confronted the teenage female employee that was corresponding with her order.
A shift manager came and got in the middle of the women. The manager is seen placing her hands on Anita to stop her aggression.
Anita then pushes the employee. The employee gets in Anita’s face, after that Anita punches the employee in the face. The employee charges at Anita and they both throw each other to the ground.
Anita is seen yanking the hair weave from the female employees scalp. Other Tim Horton employees break up the fight.
Anita had congestive heart failure issues. Anita became faint in the restaurant and collapsed to the ground. EMS was called and Anita was found unresponsive.
An ambulance took Anita to the hospital where she was pronounced deceased. The Allen County Coroner’s Office has not yet determined Grayson’s official cause and manner of death. Prosecutors have not announced whether any charges will be filed.
The family of Anita will likely file a lawsuit on Tim Horton’s restaurant for wrongful death etc.
