Video: Trevohn Marshall was murdered in a triple shooting on I-77, the car caught fire
A triple shooting took the life of Trevohn Marshall, 20, on I-77 near Remount Road on January 11, 2026 in Charlotte, NC. New video footage shows the moments after the vehicle was shot at and caught fire. Follow Charlotte Alerts on Instagram.
Trevohn was driving in a vehicle with 2 other people. Another vehicle drove up and shot all 3 victims and then sped off. The victim vehicle swerved and nearly crashed, the victim vehicle caught fire on the interstate. But the victims were able to get to Atrium Health Hospital on Vail Ave. in another vehicle from a good civilian.
Trevohn then died, the two additional victims that were shot are in serious condition. After the Carolina Panthers lost in the playoffs, a victim died in a fire.
