25-year-old Joseph Valdez was shot and killed during a homicide on November 20, 2023 in Queens, New York.
Joseph was with a group of people around 10 pm when an argument began. Joseph can be heard yelling racial slurs.
At one point Joseph is seen reaching in his pocket to pull out a gun. But before Joseph could pull out his gun, the suspect shot Joseph multiple times.
It appears Joseph may of got off one shot, yet it is unknown if the suspect was hit. Joseph falls to the ground and can still be heard yelling obscenities.
The suspects and group run. Joseph dies on the scene. No arrests have been made.
