Video shows a man try to take another man’s bag, he got paralyzed for it
Mark Godfrey, 64, was paralyzed on a CATS Charlotte city bus on March 6, 2025 in Charlotte, NC. The suspect is 29-year-old Moses Early. Mark was a homeless man.
Moses was sitting down on the bus minding his business.
Mark then tries to take the bag of Moses for no apparent reason. Moses then grabs his bag back and allegedly begins fighting with Mark.
Mark is beat to the point of unconsciousness and paralyses. EMS takes Mark to the hospital, he was permanently paralyzed from the shoulders down.
The attack left Mark with a broken neck. He’ll be a quadriplegic for the rest of his life. On March 12, 2025 Moses was arrested and charged with attempted first degree murder.
