Watch, the owner of a motel was shot in the head at point blank range and killed at the motel
Indian business owner Rakesh Bhagavan, 50, was murdered in a shooting on October 3, 2025 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Rakesh was killed at the motel he owned. Rakesh was a father of three girls. Stanley West is accused of murdering Rakesh.
Rakesh was working at his motel called Pittsburgh Motel when Stanley shot a woman at the motel. Rakesh heard the shots and went outside to look.

That is when Stanley walked up to Rakesh and shot him in the head at point blank range, Rakesh died immediately. The suspect was found 90 minutes after the murder. Cops then got into a shootout with the suspect, one cop was shot in the leg during the shootout by Stanley.
Cops returned fire and shot Stanley. The suspect was taken to the hospital and will be arrested following his release from medical care.
