A Texas Department of Public Safety trooper crashed into an Amazon 18-wheeler truck on October 31, 2023 in Katy, Texas.
The trooper was responding to a high speed chase in the area. As the trooper was going to the chase to engage in it, the squad care ran a red light and collided with an Amazon truck.
The trooper was speeding and had emergency lights on. The trooper was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
